Comics and Illustration: Section 1 (Spring 2020)

Comics and Illustration (Ages 10-13) – 1.5 hrs x 10 weeks
This introductory class will explore the materials, concepts, and processes in the wide world of illustration. Students will work on developing drawing skills, finding their own personal style, and exploring the various mediums in which their illustrations can be realized. Pencil, ink, watercolor, and cut paper are some of the mediums they will explore. Completed illustrations can be bound into a book at the end of the semester. Enrollment limited to 6.
