Drop-In Studio activities for October 22 – 24: This week we have a few Halloween crafts. Making garlands and other hanging decorations is one of them. Using stickers or tape, attach all sorts of festive supplies to string, yarn, and spider web plates. The other is crafting mini puppets, such as ghosts, bats, mummies, and googly eye monsters! We have two nature crafts: nature wands as well as decorating pinecones with pompoms. The later is a lovely and simple process – just push pompoms into the open spaces… perfect for little fingers. :) At the easel we are printing with transportation-themed stamps. At the paint table the animal figures are ready to be painted. Slime is at the sensory table. The tool bench is out. And in the collaborative construction corner, the train has been taken down and, until we build another structure, there is a sticker wall – help us sticker it!
