Drop-In Studio activities for October 20 – 22: This week we have a few Halloween themed activities. At the back tables we are making spooky books!! Write a story and decorate with all the spooky stickers, stamps, tapes, brads, and more. There is a glue collage activity with plenty of glue to squeeze, glitter to shake and fun Halloween supplies to add. Making shrinky dink key chains and jewelry is on one of the front tables. We have purple play dough to ‘cook’ with. At the paint table there is amazingly thick, dark and sparkly finger paint to spread onto the table for a fun sensory experience – and tools to scrape through it, then nice high-contrast lines develop. We have a color sort game on the shiny bench. Painting rocks with water is on the front bench. Large paintbrushes are at the easel with green and white paint.
