Drop-In Studio Activities for December 7 – 9: This week we continue our holiday crafting with card making and festive garlands. The card making table has flat and folded cards in various colors and white envelopes. Decorate with papers, stickers, brads, chalk markers, stamps and washi tapes. Make a whole set! The garlands can be used on a tree, over a dining table, across a window – wherever it can be seen and appreciated. We are making them by stitching the pieces on, using very kid friendly needles. As an option, the holes are big enough that the needle can be opted out. The back bench has pinecones and mini pom-poms. The paint table has circle printing. The easel wall has brushes and paint. We have a holiday-neutral activity, which is recycle craft… make something, anything. :) The sensory table has slime.
