Drop-In Studio Activities for April 26 – 28

Drop-In Activities for April 26 – 28: This week we are gardening! At the back tables we are sculpting flowerbeds. Using foam as a base, the flowers are made with wire stems and all sorts of colorful supplies for creating the blooms. We are also making flowers using craft sticks, fabric flowers, googly eyes, and lots of tape. Please feel free to plant your flowers on the pyramid – it is in need of some springtime color. Or take your flowers home. :) We also have mail making set up on one of the front tables, for pretend play mark-making. The sensory table has clay to play with. For a 3D painting experience, the paint table has dino figures to paint. The easel wall has liquid watercolors to paint with. The marble run is still up and in use – play with it (and alter it as well).
