Drop-In Activities for September 23 – October 5

Drop-In Activities for September 23 – October 5: This week we are doing needlepoint. We’re using ‘plastic canvas’ as the medium we stitch into and blunt tapestry needles to carry the stitches. At the front table we have shrinky dinks and beading – so much fun to see the dinks after they get shrunk! Add them to a beaded creation. The sensory table has play dough paired with pots and pans for fun cooking pretend play. The recycle table has supplies for crafting boats… or pirate ships. At the paint table we are mono printing and the easel wall has liquid watercolors for painting.
