Drop-in activities for Sept 13 – 15

Drop-In Studio activities for September 13 – 15: This week we are making “spinning art”. Decorate a wooden top, spin it and see the transformation. We will have lots a paper disks to decorate for interchangeable designs. We will be “drawing” with black glue on white paper for high-contrast art. We will be painting (or finger painting :) with shaving cream mixed with liquid watercolors. There will also be puppet and mask making, using boxes, sticky foam, and lots of fun crafty decorations. Playdough will be at the sensory table. The tool bench will be set up, and we are starting to build our lighthouse in the collaborative construction corner!
