Drop-In Activities for May 30 – June 1: This week we are crafting nature wands – a studio favorite! Using colorful yarn and string, wooden and plastic beads, stickers, and tape you can decorate a stick and turn it into a beautiful decoration or magic wand. Another activity this week is bookmaking. Bind pages together with brass fasteners and illustrate with stamps, collage papers, and markers. On another table we have colored glue collage. The easel wall has painting with brayers. At the paint table we’re painting dinosaur figures. The back bench has magnetic sculpture to play with. And the sensory table has Oobleck.
