Drop-In Activities for January 31 – February 2: This week we have a few Valentine’s Day crafts. At the back tables we are making cards using lots of festive supplies: foam stickers, washi tape, doilies, collage supplies, metallic markers, and more. The paint table has color mixing on hearts. Make a few, take them home to dry and you can make a garland with them using tape and string! We are also ‘baking’ Valentine cupcakes using paper liners, cotton balls as the batter, and decorating with glitter, gems, mini pompoms, and colored glue as frosting. Another activity is crafting paper chains and hanging paper hearts. The sensory table has play dough. The back bench, a fun combination of magnets. And the front bench has letter stamps and markers.
