Drop-In Activities for February 14 – 16

Drop-In Activities for February 14 – 16: This week we have clothespin dolls and paper pets to decorate. Bring them to life with decorative tape, fabric, paper, yarn, feathers, and more. The paint table has fold/symmetry paintings. We’re upcycling used file folders as the paper and love seeing the results when the folders are opened. Our rock collection is out for painting with water and making temporary sculptures, inspired by Andy Goldsworthy. The easel wall has printing with objects. The front bench has foam letters, paper and glue sticks… make a sign or name plate for your room. We also have bleeding tissue paper paired with water and oil pastels – beautiful results! The back bench has play shape for more temporary sculpting. And the sensory table has play dough.
