Drop-In Studio Activities for December 28 – 30: For this very last week in 2017 we are crafting crowns and celebration wands to bring in the New Year with. The crowns are paper bases and can be embellished with all sorts of festive craft supplies, plus markers, stickers, and colored tape. The wands can also be made into noise makers by adding bells. On the front tables we have cornstarch builders for sculpting with. We are also doing wax resist on wooden shapes with oils pastels and liquid watercolors. The paint table has ball painting. Printing with objects is at the easel wall. The front side bench has mail making. The back bench, magnetic sculpture. And the sensory table has slime – probably the most popular sensory choice at Muckykids in 2017!
