Drop-In Studio activities for February 25 – 27: This week we are crafting furry friends! Using a paper tube or a wooden figure as a base, you can wrap it with various animal inspired supplies. Use it as a puppet or a pocket friend. A sculpting/stringing activity is set up on one of the front tables… there are interesting upcycled objects and craft supplies with holes. They can be strung on wires, strings, or connected with tape. Very open-ended! At the paint table we are doing large scale printmaking. Sculpting with cornstarch builders is set up. The light table is on the back bench. Stamping is on the front bench. Brushes are at the easel and slime is at the sensory table.
