Drop-In Studio activities for October 15 – 17: This week we have more acorns… this time for jewelry making. At the back tables, make acorn necklaces, draw on pressed leaves with metallic markers, and laminate the leaves to preserve them. Hurray for nature crafts!! At the front tables we have a fun recycle craft set up: making cars and drivers. At the paint table we’re painting with balls – an active and exciting way to paint! At the sensory table clay is out for squeezing and pounding. Liquid watercolors are at the easel. Play shapes are on the shiny bench. And the front bench is set up with rocks and water for temporary sculptures, which look really neat when wet!
