Drop-In Studio activities for September 3 – 5

Drop-In Studio activities for September 3 – 5: This week we are combining two of our favorite activities: recycle craft meets nature craft! We also have cornstarch builders set up…. perhaps all 3 can be combined! At the back tables needlepoint is out. A great opportunity to experiment with stitch length and direction – any combination works. At the paint table we’re color mixing with liquid watercolors. At the easel, wide brushes are paired with tempera paint. Mail making is set up. The light table is on, with wooden Playshapes on top. A new batch of red glittery play dough is at the sensory table.
