Drop-In activities for August 15 – 17

Drop-In Studio activities for August 15 – 17: This week we will be turning milk cartons, tissue boxes, and more into drums! There are plenty of blank stickers to cover the boxes with, supplies to then decorate it with, and drum sticks to personalize as well. Cloud dough will be at the sensory table, circle printing at the easel, and painting dinosaurs at the paint table. Needlepoint, with a plethora of yarns, will be at the back tables. Hammering into styrofoam and a light box will be at the side benches. Bleeding tissue paper will be at one of the tables – a wonderful paper that, when painted with water, “bleeds” its color onto the surface underneath. And, last but not least, the ice cream shop is still holding strong. :)
